Job Purpose:
The Talent Development Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and career development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and support organizational effectiveness. The role ensures alignment with Abu Dhabi Government frameworks, succession planning requirements, and international best practices in talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis & Planning
- Training Design & Delivery
- Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Career Development & Talent Programs
- Talent Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
Experience:
UAE Nationals: – Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or – Diploma with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or – General Secondary Certificate with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
